one thing i really can’t stand is criticism. i’m not a sissy, it’s not that i can’t take the criticism, i just hate when people don’t know when to stop. it’s like, just shut up already you made your point. i also hate when people don’t try and listen to your side of the story, they see it their way and they’re right no matter what, they don’t even process what you’re saying. you know people are doing this when your in the middle of an argument and they’re trying to defend themselves on something you’re not even mad at. i also hate when people tell me what to do. like, i’m almost 20 years old i think i have enough common sense to make my own decisions. if i asked for advice, whether or not i’ll take it i’ll at least listen and be courteous and consider what you’re saying, but when you’re just downright telling me what to do and telling me that i’m not doing the right thing and i don’t act the right way, then no, i don’t wanna ask you about advice cause all you’ll do is criticize me and tell me what i’m doing wrong. i’m just sick and tired of it all. 

sometimes you just need to start with an apology. i made a mistake a few years ago, idk how minor you would consider it, i guess it depends on the person, but i personally thought it was pretty shitty. and although it’s long overdue, i apologized and in this case it worked out for the best. whether you think it’s too late, or that the person doesn’t care anymore, sometimes its just best to say “i’m sorry” if you know you’re wrong. even if the person doesn’t forgive you and accept your apology, at least it’s a start. and maybe in the long run it will work out and fix itself, but if not, at least you tried…right?

so i’m back at school now and it’s sooo great. i didn’t realize how much i missed JMU and all my friends and sisters..oh wait yes i did. alll summer long. it was deff sad to say bye to my fam and best friends and to leave the comfort of my own room, own bathroom, and kitchen just downstairs, it was definitely worth it all. my room in the phi mu house is soooo cute and it’s so great living with sisters. so i’m pretty much just really happy right now :)
